Practically speaking the clinics are handled primarily through online video conference meetings (Skype ) but can also be delivered through screen-sharing tools like YuuGuu or even over the phone. This gives both parties the personal connection of meeting face-to-face without sacrificing time and budget to travel. Meetings can vary in length depending on your needs, you are simply billed in 15 minute increments.
