When it comes to website design, we strive for that perfect balance between form and function. First, it must look great. First impressions count and your entire organization may be judged on the appearance of your homepage. Equally important, it has to work. This doesn't just mean that it's error-free; that goes without saying. It also has to load quickly, have clear navigation, be well written and so on.

Website Usability

Website Usability

A website that looks nice but is difficult to use isn't really worth much in the long run. So while we're still completely in favour of aethetically pleasing design, we believe that it has to work well at the same time. Usability covers things like:

  • the site is consistent from page to page
  • it has obvious, intuitive navigation
  • website elements are where you expect them to be (e.g. logo in top left, search in top right, etc.)
  • content is easy to read
  • etc.

In short, that it's easy to use.
